    Status: Investigating We are currently investigating an issue affecting the ability to send or reply to messages on the iOS and Android versions of the Resident App. As a workaround, renters can still log in to the web version of the Resident App to send and reply to messages. Our engineering team is actively working to identify the root cause and will provide an update as soon as more information is available.
