Status: Investigating We are currently investigating an issue affecting the ability to send or reply to messages on the iOS and Android versions of the Resident App. As a workaround, renters can still log in to the web version of the Resident App to send and reply to messages. Our engineering team is actively working to identify the root cause and will provide an update as soon as more information is available. Status: Identified We have identified the root cause of the issue and are working to implement a mitigation as quickly as possible. In the meantime, renters can continue to log in to the web version of the Resident App to send and reply to messages. We will provide another update once the issue has been resolved.
