Resolved after 55 minutes, affecting Web App and Web App, on June 4, 2021.
The issue with respect to the 400 Error has been resolved. Going forward, tokens will be authenticated without any issues.

Ongoing issues with the OAuth and API tokens for the accounts situated in the AU and IND region, hence users would be displayed with an 400 Error. The best hands on deck have been appointed to resolve this problem. Updates to follow.
