Twitter has confirmed that their stream endpoints are working normally and they are working on to replay the failed events from their side. There should not be any delays/failures in tweets to tickets creation from now on.

As per the Twitter API status, they are currently experiencing an instability in streaming delivery. Due to this, we may see issues with the Tweet-Ticket conversion. We will follow up and also have the updates posted here.
