Issues has been resolved at our service provider's end, JIRA integration will be working fine now. We are closely monitoring it.

JIRA is experiencing an outage right now. For more details lease refer to the link here. Freshworks Customers who use Jira will experience problems to any request that makes a contact in Jira side. Where as all other service from Freshworks is working fine.
