We are currently investigating stability and performance issues affecting our Euro SaaS environment. Customers may experience slowness, intermittent errors, or degraded availability across multiple areas of the platform, including survey respondent access, professional user actions, and CATI operations. Our teams are actively working to identify the root cause and restore normal service as quickly as possible. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

Overnight, we implemented additional infrastructure changes to further improve stability across the Euro SaaS environment. Platform performance and stability have continued to improve, and current indicators show a positive trend. We are continuing to closely monitor the environment to ensure services remain stable and to address any remaining issues. We will provide further updates as needed.

Product Family: Forsta Plus Affected Environment: Forsta Plus AUS Affected Components: Task System Studio Viewers Reportal Designers Reportal Viewers Description: Over the past week, during Australian business hours, customers accessing aus.hxplatform.com have experienced service degradation. This issue is impacting most clients and has resulted in critical system behavior, including Studio reports not loading and significant slowness and errors when accessing Reportal. Current Status: Forsta Support and Cloud Operations teams are actively investigating this issue. Senior members of the Cloud Operations team are engaged and meeting today with additional resources to further analyze the problem and implement corrective actions. Next Update: We will provide another update once further progress has been made or resolution steps are confirmed. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to restore full-service performance.

Current Status: Monitoring The Forsta Cloud Operations has implemented several changes to improve system stability and performance in the AUS Cloud environment. These actions have been completed and the environment is now being closely monitored. Actions taken include: Adjustments to recent platform changes to stabilize performance Increased capacity on key database resources Cleanup of system storage to optimize performance What this means: We are seeing initial signs of improvement, and the system is currently stable. Our teams are continuing to monitor closely to ensure performance remains consistent during Australian business hours. Next Update: We will provide further updates as we continue monitoring or if any additional actions are required.
