  1. monitoring Sep 24, 2026, 08:46 PM UTC

Incident Description: Earlier today, an issue affecting inventory processing in Flexera One IT Asset Management (ITAM) in the NAM region impacted a subset of customers. Investigation identified that inventory uploads were being received successfully but were not being processed for affected customers, resulting in delays to inventory data reflected within Flexera One ITAM. Recovery actions were implemented and inventory processing has since resumed successfully. Inventory files continue to process normally; however, recovery of the remaining backlog is still in progress and is being tracked through this incident. Priority: P2 Restoration Activity: Technical teams implemented recovery actions that restored inventory file processing and have validated successful processing through monitoring and logging. Service operation remains stable, and backlog recovery is continuing as previously queued inventory files are processed. Technical teams are actively monitoring recovery progress, service health, and backlog reduction while ongoing validation activities continue. Previous updates related to the earlier stages of this incident can be found in the incident history linked below. Further updates will be provided as backlog recovery progresses and validation activities continue. https://status.flexera.com/incidents/5wrg6jl9bj2h
