    Between approximately 3:50pm and 4:10pm central time, some customers experienced delays in assessment scoring due to an issue encountered during a planned service deployment for the Enterprise portal. The issue was resolved, and scoring services have returned to normal operation. Any delayed processing should now be updated or can be triggered again as needed.
