    Payment and direct debit orders submitted through a Rabobank PSD2 bank links may incorrectly show the status "File rejected by bank" after the authorization of a PSD2 bank link has been renewed or changes have been made to the services of a Rabobank connection. As a result, affected orders have not been received by the bank. In addition, affected PSD2 bank links may incorrectly be displayed as a Rabo Boekhoudkoppeling. As a possible workaround, customers can try to renew the bank link again. We are currently investigating issue and we will update this page once more information becomes available. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
