  1. investigating May 07, 2026, 03:12 PM UTC

We’re currently investigating an issue impacting some accounts where files uploaded via SFTP are not appearing in the EverTrue importer. Additionally, manually uploaded imports may return a server error, and import notifications are not being sent as expected. We apologize for the disruption and are actively working toward a resolution. Please reach out to [email protected] with any questions.

  2. monitoring May 07, 2026, 04:40 PM UTC

We’ve identified the root cause and deployed a fix, and we’re actively monitoring to ensure stability. Manual uploads should no longer generate server errors, and SFTP imports are expected to process normally. Import notifications are currently being tested.
