  1. investigating Jun 25, 2026, 02:21 PM UTC

We are currently experiencing an issue affecting order placement across all instrument types. Some users may be unable to place new orders for any instrument. As a result, opening new positions is currently unavailable for affected users. Existing positions, displayed market rates, account balances, equity, and other platform functionality remain available. Closing positions is fully functional; however, some users may need to refresh the platform or restart the app after submitting a close order. Our team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. We understand how disruptive this may be, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We'll continue to keep you updated on our progress here. Sincerely, The eToro Team

To help restore essential trading functionality while we continue working on the ongoing issue, we are activating BackTrader. During this period, access to the eToro platform will be temporarily restricted. Customers will not be able to access the platform. However, existing positions can still be closed through BackTrader order placing. Opening new positions and placing new orders will remain unavailable until the issue is resolved. Our team is actively working to resolve the underlying issue and restore normal platform access as quickly as possible. We understand how important uninterrupted access to the platform is, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We'll continue to keep you updated on our progress here. Sincerely, The eToro Team

We appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this issue and will provide a further update once verification has been completed. Sincerely, The eToro Team
