GoDaddy has revoked 400k+ certificates related to an intermediary certificate provisioning compliance issue. No compromise of the certificate occurred - this is purely a compliance issue. Etail Solutions wildcard certificate was included in the list of revoked certificates so we are provisioning a new certificate and will deploy it asap. If you encounter any issues in the meantime, please log a ticket in the Etail Help Center and we will assist you.

We are applying the new SSL Certificate which may interrupt some connections. You should be able to reconnect soon.

Web and API services have been updated with the non-revoked certificate. EVP RDA application servers will reboot to apply the updated SSL certificate at 4 PM CT. You may lose your remote connection. The servers should be operational by 4:30 PM CT.
