Entri Outage History

Status: Identified Asynchronous DNS setup in Entri Sell is working intermittently for domains hosted at IONOS, due to failures on the IONOS side. Only IONOS domains are affected; setups for all other providers are working normally. We have identified the issue and are in contact with IONOS to get it resolved. Status: Identified Due to instability in the IONOS purchase flow, we have rolled back the IONOS Entri Sell purchase flow from version 2 to version 1 as a precaution. Customers will see the previous version of the flow while we investigate. Asynchronous DNS setup for IONOS domains remains intermittently affected due to failures on the IONOS side. Only IONOS domains are impacted; all other providers are working normally. We are still in contact with IONOS and will post another update once the issue is resolved. Status: Identified Due to ongoing issues on the IONOS side, we have temporarily migrated all IONOS Entri Sell customers to GoDaddy. Domain searches and purchases for these customers are now being processed through GoDaddy and are working normally. Once the IONOS issues are resolved, we will return these customers to their normal settings and post another update. Status: Identified Between 12:06 and 12:40 UTC on October 4, our primary database experienced an unplanned host failure and was automatically recovered by AWS. During this window, some domain registrations submitted to the monitoring service were not processed and are not currently being tracked. Webhook delivery continued throughout, though some webhooks were delayed by up to a few minutes and webhook logs in the dashboard have a gap for this period. Status: Identified IONOS is currently experiencing an outage on their side, which affects domain purchases through IONOS in Entri Sell. You can follow their status at https://www.ionos-status.com/. In the meantime, we are redirecting all IONOS traffic to GoDaddy so that domain purchases continue to work without interruption. No action is needed on your end. We are keeping a close eye on IONOS and will switch traffic back once their service is stable again. We will post another update here as soon as that happens. Affected components Ionos (Full outage)

Status: Identified Our certificate provider, Let's Encrypt, is performing scheduled maintenance on its production systems today, September 2, from 20:30 to 22:30 UTC. During this window, new SSL certificate issuance and renewals for Entri Power and Entri Secure may be delayed or fail temporarily. Existing certificates and live sites are not affected. We are monitoring the situation and will post an update once the maintenance is complete.
