Some Colleague customers began experiencing intermittent issues with Colleague Self Service and API around 8am EDT today. Ellucian Engineers have identified the cause and are currently working through the fix. Service is currently being restored and customers should gradually be able to access Self-Service and API. Additional updates will be provided as available.
