Elevate Network Operations has been made aware of an issue impacting voice service availability on select models of Elevate-provided hardware. Customers affected by this may experience no dial tone and the inability to receive calls. We are engaging the vendor of the impacted equipment to reach a solution and a fix to the problem. We appreciate your patience as we work to restore service. We will post updates as they become available.
