The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented. The impact is isolated to the DY admin interface and campaign serving is operating as normal.

Campaign access has been restored for a some customers. Our team is continuing to address the remaining issues to ensure all affected customers can view their campaigns and publish without issues.
