Subject: Service Impact - Eligibility and Medication History Transactions We are currently experiencing technical issues affecting eligibility and medication history transactions due to database connectivity problems. Issue Summary: During a unscheduled and urgent PostgreSQL database switchover, we encountered application-level errors that required us to roll back the changes. Unfortunately, we continue to experience errors following the rollback and application restarts. Impact: Eligibility transactions may be delayed or unavailable Medication history requests may be impacted Service interruptions are ongoing while we work to resolve the issue Current Status: Our technical team is actively working to resolve the database connectivity issues and restore full service functionality. Next Steps: We will provide updates as soon as we have more information on resolution timing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause
