    Last night we had a production release that resulted in an issue with our ability to process prescriptions and trigger messages. Due to the buildup in our queue, we began returning errors in our API responses. We rolled back the release around 11:15am ET and unfortunately, we're still having performance issues that have prevented our ability to process new messages. No new messages have been processed since 11am. Our development team has identified the issue and released a fix. For the fix to take effect, Epic sites will need to restart their interfaces so messages can begin to process again. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to monitor the application. We will also conduct a root cause analysis to determine how to avoid situations like this in the future.
