Our team is currently investigating an issue in which some customers are unable to complete approval process for a policy. We will provide updates as they become available.

We have identified an issue in which Policy approvals created prior to 8th September are failing. We are actively working on a fix.

A workaround for the issue where policy approvals can not be completed has been deployed. Any Approvals created prior to September 8th and incomplete will need to be cancelled and retried to recover and complete the policy publishing. The incident is resolved.
