Increased latency from Intercom is causing delays in human agent message delivery on chat flows of ~2 minutes. Increased Intercom latency has been observed since 9am PST. Will provide update when resolved!

Issue remains with Intercom. Decagon is processing the event as soon as we receive it but a ~2 minute delay remains on the Intercom side.
