On 27 October between 07:37 and 07:58 CET the Service Layer was unavailable, so it could not handle API requests or webhooks. Since 07:58 the service has been running normally again. We are looking into what caused the disruption and will take steps to prevent it from happening again. We apologise for the inconvenience.
