    A critical security vulnerability in PHP, the language the Connectors App runs on, was made public on 20 October. We have applied initial fixes (this morning at 11:33 CEST) and are closely monitoring the Connectors App. This afternoon we will install the official PHP fix as soon as it is available, which causes a short restart of about two minutes. No action is needed from you. We will post an update here once the fix is in place. Op 20 oktober is een kritieke beveiligingskwetsbaarheid in PHP bekendgemaakt, de programmeertaal waarop de Connectors App draait. We hebben de eerste maatregelen doorgevoerd (vanochtend om 11:33) en houden de Connectors App nauwlettend in de gaten. Vanmiddag installeren we de officiële PHP-fix zodra die beschikbaar is; dit geeft een korte herstart van ongeveer twee minuten. U hoeft niets te doen. Zodra de fix actief is, plaatsen we hier een update.

    The official PHP security update is now installed. Since 19:55 CEST the Connectors App runs on PHP 8.4.27, which fixes both vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619). All services are running normally. No action is needed from you. This incident is resolved. De officiële PHP-beveiligingsupdate is geïnstalleerd. Sinds 19:55 draait de Connectors App op PHP 8.4.27, waarmee beide kwetsbaarheden (CVE-2026-109618 en CVE-2026-109619) zijn verholpen. Alle diensten werken normaal. U hoeft niets te doen. Dit incident is opgelost.

    On Sunday 13 September the ServiceLayer API was unavailable during two periods: from 16:15 to 17:35 CEST, and from 00:30 to 06:00 CEST in the night to Monday 14 September. During these periods API requests and incoming webhooks failed. The cause was an issue on an internal backend system. Service recovered automatically and delayed webhook traffic was retried by the sending systems. We are implementing changes to prevent this from recurring. (Posted retroactively.)
