    We have identified an issue with our Network Partner which may result in the delayed processing of USD payments. We are actively working to resolve and shall continue to monitor the situation, further update to follow.

    We recently experienced an issue with one of our USD network partners which temporarily impacted the processing of some transactions. The issue has been successfully resolved. However, a subset of transactions dated 19th May will experience a one-day delay in settlement. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
