We are currently investigating an issue affecting the status updates for some Erste payments. Payments are processing as expected, however status confirmations may temporarily appear delayed due to pending acknowledgements from our Erste network partner. This may cause some payments to display as incomplete even though they are being processed normally. We are working closely with the network partner to receive the outstanding acknowledgements and update payment statuses accordingly. No action is required from clients at this time.Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
