   # Incident Summary Between June 10 and June 12, some customers experienced delays in the processing of SEK \(Swedish Krona\) payments. The root cause was traced to an issue with one of our external network partners responsible for routing these transactions. We worked closely with them to identify and remediate the problem. # Root Cause On June 10, we were alerted to delays in the processing of SEK payments. Upon investigation, it was determined that the issue stemmed from a technical outage impacting our network partners — a third-party financial infrastructure provider involved in the payment chain. This disruption affected the timely settlement of a subset of outbound SEK payments. # Resolution Our engineering and payments teams coordinated with the affected partner to ensure service restoration. The issue was fully resolved by June 11 at 15:29 UTC. All impacted transactions were processed with a value date of June 12 to ensure proper settlement. ##### Currencycloud Confidential
