**Incident Summary:** On November 20th, 2025, users in the US SL2 PRD environment experienced latency while accessing the portal. This resulted in slower response times and temporary delays for users performing standard operations. **Root Cause:** Investigation determined that the latency was caused by abnormal CPU utilization on web servers due to an increase in traffic. The elevated load temporarily impacted the servers ability to process requests efficiently. **Corrective Action:** Impacted web servers were recycled, restoring them to a healthy state. Additional server capacity was provisioned to handle the increased traffic load. Platform performance was validated, confirming normal response times were restored for all users in US SL2. **Preventive Measures:** To reduce the risk of similar issues in the future, Cornerstone is: * Reviewing and scaling server capacity proactively based on anticipated traffic patterns. * Strengthening incident response procedures to ensure rapid remediation in the event of performance degradation.
