All, Currently our US Shared number is not reachable through cell phones. We are currently invetigating the issue.

It appears to only be impacting callers using a Verizon phone at this time. The number is reachable via other networks at this time.

Chile - Call Center Line Down

The automated line testing system Convercent uses to monitor phone-line uptime identified that our Chile based telephony lines are no longer active. This issue is our team's number one priority to resolve as we understand its impact on your employees' ability to report using those Chile numbers. We are actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, individuals can still submit reports through web intake, located on your organization's dedicated landing page or at https://www.convercent.com/report.

Rwanda - Call Center Shared Line Additon

We have now added Rwanda to our list of countries with shared lines. The new shared number has passed testing and is ready for use. The new number for Rwanda is +250 229 000 580. Individuals can now call in reports through this number and can still submit a report through web intake, located on your organization's dedicated landing page or at https://www.convercent.com/report. We are adding the Rwanda shared number listed on landing pages and related content within Convercent's Community and Knowledgebase. If your organization has any materials listing numbers, such as a code of conduct, flyers, intranet, policies, etc., please make sure you update those as soon as possible with the new Rwanda shared number. We recently learned changes to Greece telephony regulations will affect the existing shared telephony line. Due to this, we have proactively procured a new Greece shared number. The updated shared number has passed testing and is ready for use. The new number for Greece is 800 999 9025. Individuals can now call in reports through this number and can still submit a report through web intake, located on your organization's dedicated landing page or at https://www.convercent.com/report. We are updating the Greece shared number listed on landing pages and related content within Convercent's Community and Knowledgebase. We recently learned ongoing sanctions on Russia, our providers are unable to provide service in Uzbekistan or Kyrgyztan. Our shared numbers for these countries will be disconnected at the end of September. Individuals can use our Global Reverse Charge number at +1-720-514-4400 or can still submit a report through web intake, located on your organization's dedicated landing page or at https://www.convercent.com/report. We are removing Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan shared numbers listed from landing pages and related content within Convercent's Community and Knowledgebase.
