The Kaseya R&D Team has verified the root cause is not in the ConnectBooster Portal. The failures are coming from Intuit. We will continue to monitor and provide updates when we get them. We have received reports that emails are either delayed or not sending completely. Our development team is currently investigating this event. Jul 1, 16:16:06 GMT+0 - Monitoring - We have released a fix for the reported delayed email triggers and are continuing to monitor this for additional reports. Jul 1, 16:48:15 GMT+0 - Resolved - Reports have confirmed that the portal is now sending requests for emails once queued, and we have not seen any further or continued degradation. This event is now being marked as resolved.
