On Jun 18 between 08:01 and 13:50 CEST, we experienced an issue affecting email delivery in the Email Campaigns application. During this window, email campaigns were delayed in sending. Triggers and direct mail sent via API were not affected. The issue was caused by a service that was in a hanging state. We restarted the service and all emails scheduled during the stated time have since been sent. Recipient counts are now visible in the campaign statistics overview. We apologize for the inconvenience.
