**Impact:** We have identified that the DHCP service is facing issues, so some customers may experience: * DHCP service not responding as expected * Tunnel interfaces not coming up or appearing as unresponsive * Delays or failures in new configuration/application **Current actions:** * Core DHCP and related services have been restarted. * We are actively monitoring the provisioning tasks and tunnel interface status. * Additional diagnostics are in progress to ensure stability and prevent recurrence. **We can confirm that the DHCP service is now fully stable and functioning normally.**.
