Due to an unexpected issue in the platform update which took place on October 11th, 2021 at around 1 PM UTC, we took down the Subscriptions and Pass exports (https://srm.cleeng.com/admin/subscription-export & https://srm.cleeng.com/admin/pass-export) for approximately 24 hours for necessary maintenance. The issue has been fixed and everything is running stable again. We keep monitoring closely our systems.
