On August 30th during the morning hours UTC (between 9 AM and 10 AM), we experienced a brief service degradation of the Churn IQ which cause slowdowns and access issues to portions of the dashboard. The problem was a result of routine platform maintenance and all services are now back to normal operations. We will continue monitoring for any potential issues.
