On September 21 during the afternoon hours UTC, we experienced a brief service degradation of the Churn IQ which caused reporting issues that limited how much data was being displayed in the reporting metrics. The problem has been already identified and all services are now back to normal operations. We will continue monitoring for any potential issues.
