- postmortem Jun 26, 2026, 03:19 PM UTC
Beginning around 08:23 UTC on 2026-06-22 some Clari Copilot customers experienced failures across Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams that prevented calls from being recorded. The errors were traced back to the Copilot maintenance on 2026-06-20 and configuration changes that were not fully applied. The Clari Engineering team remediated the issue by applying the configuration changes and validating the changes. Call recording functionality was restored at approximately 18:40 UTC 2026-06-22. We continued to monitor the system for the next 24 hours to ensure that there were no further issues before resolving the incident.
