    On 2025-05-08 at approximately 02:52 UTC, customers experienced delays of several hours with RevDB CRM sync jobs due to an internal service connectivity issue impacting the workflow system responsible for processing syncs. Additional monitoring and recovery safeguards have since been implemented to reduce the risk of recurrence.
