Clari incident
The Clari Groove Microsoft add-in is not working due to an external vendor issue.
Clari experienced a major incident on October 29, 2025 affecting Outlook Add-in, lasting 7h 33m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Between 15:45 UTC on 29 October and 00:05 UTC on 30 October 2025, Clari customers were not able to use the Groove Outlook Add-in due to a Microsoft Azure outage. The Azure service was restored at 00:05 UTC on 30 October 2025, at which time the Groove Outlook Add-in returned to normal functionality. No customer data was at risk during this incident.
