    Carestream Dental is investigating reports of an issue with Electronic Presciptions service. Users may be unable to issue prescriptions or be experiencing degraded performance.

    Id.me is currently experiencing an issue where Id.me push notifications are not working. This is impacting workflows for prescribing controlled substances. While this issue is being addressed, users can continue to sign a Controlled Substance prescription by selecting OTP (One‑Time Passcode) from the Select Device dropdown list.
