   Carestream Dental is investigating reports of an issue with Electronic Presciptions service. Users may be unable to issue prescriptions or be experiencing degraded performance.

   Id.me is currently experiencing an issue where Id.me push notifications are not working. This is impacting workflows for prescribing controlled substances. While this issue is being addressed, users can continue to sign a Controlled Substance prescription by selecting OTP (One‑Time Passcode) from the Select Device dropdown list. To configure this option, please follow these instructions.please follow these instructions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience while ID.me works to restore push notification functionality. We will provide an update once the issue is resolved.
