    We are still actively monitoring application performance this morning and continuing to make adjustments to our workloads to prioritize user experience and application responsiveness, but we believe that this issue is now under control. The root cause is understood to be cloud provider maintenance that occurred over the weekend. We'll continue to update here if we see further changes and are holding off on resolving the incident as we are still actively monitoring

    Candid will be taking scheduled maintenance downtime beginning on Sunday, May 10, from 10am EST to 1pm EST in order to perform upgrades to critical systems. This downtime will affect all Candid services and applications, including API availability. All API calls will get a 502 response for the duration of the maintenance window.
