Comprise Hosted Server Outages Comprise / Rackspace Hosted Server Outage: We have been made aware of a server/network outage at our hosted data center facility (Rackspace) and they are actively working on the issue. We will continue to monitor and share any updates/additional information we get. Affected Hosted Services · SmartPAY E-Commerce · Smart Money Manager* · Smart Terminals · SmartALEC Wireless Printing · SAM Time & Print Management* *Only applies for fully hosted implementations and features that rely on our hosted services (such as credit card transactions) Action Needed: At this time, it is recommended that libraries place the related services as “out of order” until further notice from Comprise in order to ease any end user frustrations.
