Ads ingested between January 1st and January 8th may result in ad delivery failures leading to elevated 407 VAST errors. Playback is unaffected. Brightcove Engineering is has identified the rootcause and is working on fixing it at the highest priority. January 12, 2026 8:56PM EST Identified - We continue to experience an issue impacting the creation of select Dynamic Delivery (VOD) advertising assets, resulting in 407 VAST errors and affecting subsequent ad delivery. Once again, the general playback operation of already available assets remains unaffected. Brightcove Engineering continues to work on mitigation and resolution measures at the highest priority. While some ad creatives ingested between January 1st and 8th may still fail to deliver and continue to generate 407 VAST errors, Brightcove Engineering has begun re-ingestion of impacted assets to progressively restore successful ad delivery. Ad creatives ingested after January 8th are unaffected. The playback of existing assets remains fully operational.
