Brightcove Engineering Team has performed mitigations and can confirm that service error rates have decreased significantly. Accordingly, the CMS API has returned to a partially operational state. The rate of latency and errors has dropped to pre-incident levels, and regular service operations have resumed. Accordingly, there should be no visible customer/publisher-facing impact.
