SparkPost, one of the vendors Braze uses for email delivery, is experiencing an incident posted to their status page at https://status.sparkpost.com/incidents/nj2t6wx6b5gd. This incident is causing HTTP 502 errors for click-tracked links with the DNS of the domain pointed at spgo.io. SparkPost states that this only affects US-hosted email customers.

Based on our testing, this appears to have resolved. SparkPost has not yet updated the incident page at https://status.sparkpost.com/incidents/nj2t6wx6b5gd, which may mean this incident is still ongoing on their side. We are awaiting confirmation from SparkPost to verify the incident is fully resolved.

SparkPost has confirmed a fix has been implemented for this issue, and they are continuing to monitor. Braze is continuing to monitor the situation, and we continue observing successful requests for click-tracked links.
