SparkPost, one of the vendors Braze uses for email delivery, has reported a recurrence of an incident that occurred yesterday and posted it to their status page at https://status.sparkpost.com/incidents/nj2t6wx6b5gd. This incident is causing HTTP 502 errors for click-tracked links affecting US-hosted email customers. Braze has escalated the issue and we are awaiting further updates from SparkPost.

SparkPost has confirmed a fix has been implemented for this issue, and they are continuing to monitor. https://status.sparkpost.com/incidents/nj2t6wx6b5gd Braze is continuing to monitor the situation and follow up with SparkPost. We continue observing successful requests for click-tracked links across the US region.

SparkPost resolved the incident on their side a few hours ago. We have not seen issues since SparkPost's fix, so are resolving on our end.
