    SparkPost, one of the vendors Braze uses for email delivery, has reported an incident causing HTTP 502 errors for click-tracked links affecting US-hosted customers. They have posted the incident to their statuspage here: https://status.sparkpost.com/incidents/fd43ysp7l54t Braze has escalated the issue and we are awaiting further updates from SparkPost.

We continue observing successful requests for click-tracked links across the US region.

    SparkPost have resolved the incident on their side. Braze has not observed any recurrence in HTTP 502 errors for click-tracked links since SparkPost implemented their fix. We will follow up with vendor SparkPost regarding root cause details of the outage.
