    Braze Engineers are investigating an issue impacting Data Processing of the US01 cluster starting at 12:45 ET. Customers may have experienced errors and latency impacting the Dashboard, SDK Data Collection, REST APIs, Outbound Messaging, and Currents. At this time services have stabilized and engineers continue working to ensure system stability.

    All Braze services are stable. Engineering is focused on processing the backlog of Outbound Messages. Following further triage of the issue, we can confirm during the incident windows, the following services were NOT impacted: - Dashboard - REST API's - Currents - CDI We can confirm during the incident window the following Braze services experienced: - SDK Data Collection Errors - this will automatically retry and no action is needed by Braze customers - Outbound Messaging latency
