Following our latest production release, customers may experience an issue where the audit trail change date filter displays an unexpected default value. This behavior has the potential to temporarily impact export functionality for those affected. Our dedicated engineering teams are actively investigating this matter to ensure a swift resolution and maintain the high performance you expect from our platform. We are fully committed to resolving this quickly and will continue to provide regular updates on this page until full functionality is restored.
- identified Aug 24, 2026, 09:16 AM UTC
Our engineering teams have developed a resolution for the audit trail filter behavior, which has already been successfully applied to all NA3 instances. The fix for our AP1 and EU3 instances is scheduled for deployment at approximately 1:00 AM PDT. Overall platform accessibility will remain completely uninterrupted for all users during this process. However, because the deployment specifically targets the audit trail page, this specific feature may be temporarily unavailable while the update is being completed.
- resolved Aug 24, 2026, 09:13 PM UTC
Our engineering teams have identified the necessary configuration adjustment and successfully implemented it across the following production environments NA3, EU3, and AP1. Services have now returned to normal operations.
