BlackLine has deployed a fix for the Cloudflare issue for the FCS application. We are still working with Cloudflare to apply a fix to the ARA (I2C) environment. You should be able to resume normal activities. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure that no additional issues arise. We will confirm when the service is fully operational.

The root cause of the September 15th outage has been identified, and permanent fixes are now undergoing rigorous testing for a planned mid-October rollout.
