A small subset of customers may be experiencing an issue where import jobs are not processed successfully with an encryption error. BlackLine teams have identified the cause and have developed a fix. BlackLine will deploy a rolling deployment of a patch that includes draining the services that support import jobs. We will deploy first to the Sandbox environments and then to Production environments.
