Update timeline

    We are aware of issues viewing Discussions and with the dynamic loading of Discussions. The issues were introduced with the release of Blackboard 3900.123.0 to Production environments and are occurring in all regions except US Eastern time zone. The team is investigating the issues and will resolve them as soon as possible. We will provide an update as soon as more information is available

    The issue has been identified and a fix is underway. We expect to deploy a fix for this later today and will provide the timing once confirmed. This issue is impacting only customer production sites already upgraded to 3900.123.0.

    Final testing of the fix is underway. The fix will be deployed as soon as testing is complete. Deployment will be to production sites in all regions except US Eastern, since US Eastern is not impacted.

    The fix for the Discussions issues is underway and we are monitoring it. We have identified an issue with scrolling in Class Conversation and we are currently working on a fix for that.
