Betty Blocks incident

Outage on NL6

Resolved after 21 hours 37 minutes, affecting My Betty Blocks portal and Pages and 1 more, on September 10, 2026.

resolved Sep 11, 2026, 07:31 AM UTC

Hi, The connection issue between Azure and Ziggo has been resolved. As a result performance is back to normal. A Path MTU black hole occurred between the office's Ziggo line and Microsoft West Europe. Full-sized packets from Azure were dropped on roughly half of all connections. Smaller packets continued to pass through normally, which is why DNS, TCP handshakes, and lower-bandwidth sites never showed a problem. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this critical time. Kind regards, Support
