Update timeline

  1. identified Jul 06, 2026, 03:15 PM UTC

Barracuda XDR is currently experiencing an issue that is impacting the visibility of data sources within the XDR Dashboard (CSD). Consequently, log degradation alerts generated since July 4th may be incorrectly reported as false positives. The affected data sources include Cloud, Endpoint, and Email integrations. Our Engineering team has identified the root cause as a failure in the API communication with the data lake and is actively working to implement a resolution. We recognize the potential impact this issue may have on your operations and are committed to restoring full functionality as quickly as possible. We would also like to confirm that this issue does not affect event ingestion or signal detection capabilities within the XDR platform.

  2. monitoring Jul 07, 2026, 05:24 PM UTC

We have successfully implemented a solution to address the data source visibility issue within the XDR Dashboard. We will continue to monitor the system to ensure it is fully operational.

  3. resolved Jul 07, 2026, 05:40 PM UTC

This incident has been resolved, and the visibility of impacted data sources within the XDR dashboard (CSD) is now fully operational
